    2007 civic 1.8 liter 8th gen. I have tried everything imaginable to fix this. Still stutters and hesitates on acceleration.
    Things I've replaced:
    Fuel injectors
    Spark plugs
    EGR valve
    Intake assembly
    Fuel pump
    MAF
    Coils
    VTEC gasket
    Upstream O2 sensor (the one giving the code)
    No oil or coolant leaks

    I would also look at the map sensor and the fuel pressure regulator.

    Plus 1.8l know front crack on block behind bypass I'd look there alsofor hair line crack starting
